Annually we provide:
- Emergency shelter to more than 200 individuals which results in over 12,000 Bed-Nights.
- 36,200 meals to residents
- 5,000 Self-Help Sessions conducted to guide residents with respect to their contract and progress
- 2,500 meetings with a Case Manager for guidance, support and caring
Valley Food Bank Network Services
Annually we provide:
- More than 130,000 Meals to Lower Naugatuck Valley residents
- Food to over 2,700 Adults, Children and Seniors
- Provide 700 Families with the means for a Holiday Meal.

You will need to bring the following information:
- Name, date of birth and form of identification for all members of the household.
- Verification of monthly income for the entire household, including wages, pension, unemployment benefits, SAGA/Basic Needs, Social Security income or disability, TANF, child suport, alimony, WIC, food stamps, etc.
- Verification of monthly expenses, including rent/mortgage, auto/transportation, utilities--electric, gas, oil, phone, cable, food, household rentals--appliances/furniture, medical costs, laundry, etc.
Angel Food Ministries is a non-profit organization that provides grocery relief and financial support to communities across the United States.
Angel Food is available in a quantity that can fit into a medium-sized box at $30 per unit. Each month's menu is different than the previous month and consists of both fresh and frozen items with an average retail value of approximately $60.
Generally, one unit of food assists in feeding a family of four for about one week or a single senior citizen for almost a month. The food is all the same high quality one could purchase at a grocery store. There are no second-hand items, no damaged or out-dated goods, no dented cans without labels, no day-old breads and no produce that is almost too ripe.
There are NO INCOME QUALIFICATIONS.
